Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing I am learning WP Academy. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring a positive experience for all our students. Please read the following carefully to understand our policies regarding refunds for our online and offline courses.

Course Enrollment

Online Courses

  • All purchases of online courses are considered final. 
  • Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing course access or extenuating circumstances that impact the student’s ability to participate.

Offline Courses

  • For in-person or offline courses, refunds will be considered if a written request is submitted no less than  5 days prior to the course start date.
  • A 10% processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.

Change of Mind

Online Courses

We do not provide refunds for change of mind or if you decide not to complete a course.

Offline Courses

For in-person courses, if you change your mind before the course start date, a refund may be considered subject to a 10% processing fee.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Courses

  • In the event that we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund.
  • If a course is rescheduled, you may request a refund if the new schedule is not suitable for you.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support at hello@iamlearningwp.com.
  • Include your name, course details, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases, we may review and consider refund requests on an individual basis.
